The property is a post-war terrace house arranged over three floors in North-West London, St John’s Wood Conservation Area.

Having previously gained planning approval to erect a rear extension, the client approached us to transform this derelict property. Producing the technical design and refining its interiors, alongside the main contractor and the client, we supported in bringing planning drawings into construction and final execution.
