Library and multi-functional space

Working in synergy with the client, we refined the brief and developed the spatial arrangement to satisfy the requirements; a mezzanine to the basement gym, forming a multi-functional space, a library room, staff room and additional storage space for the gym equipment.

An attention to detail and its aesthetic guided this process, bearing in mind the need of a robust and low maintenance design to meet the daily school operations.
Throughout the technical design and construction process some aspects of the scheme have evolved, according to client’s preference and the input of the construction team, turning drawings and ideas into a physical space for the enjoyment of all pupils, parents and staff.
