The property is a Grade II listed terrace house, built in the early 19th century and located on the boundary of St. John’s Wood conservation area.

The project’s brief is to renew the life of the property by sensitively extending and rearranging its internal layout. Restoring period features, replacing outdated and non original elements and providing modern interiors, whilst conserving its character and appearance; such as the central Doric porch, square headed sash windows, cast iron railings, pilaster bays and stucco cornices.
